    • Business level English/Japanese proficiency
    • Experience using a PC for work

  • Work Details

    • Check-in/Check-out procedures
    • Information services such as hotel guidance
    • Reservation inquiries (email/telephone)
    • Inform guests about tourist attractions and recommended spots, etc.

    Working Hours
    3 shift system *No overnight shift
    Early shift / 7:00~16:00
    Middle shift / 9:00~18:00
    Late shift / 13:00~22:00
    Holidays/Vacation
    (Holidays) 117 days a year
    (Vacation) Annual paid leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, refresh leave, anniversary leave, congratulatory or condolence leave, etc.
    Salary
    Starting at 230,000 yen
    Salary Increase/Bonus
    Bonus twice a year (June and December) / Raise twice a year (July and January)
    Insurance
    Health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, work accident insurance
    Welfare
    Education support system, transit expense support (up to 40,000 yen per month), rent subsidy system (with conditions and upper limit)
