In addition to training when joining the company or when being promoted to a different position, we have prepared systems where new employees can play active roles at an early stage of their careers, such as on-the-job training.
In addition, we regularly conduct diversity and inclusion training as well as basic business skill training.
Full training is provided by experienced training staff. Those who work at facilities will receive training for 7 days before they start their position. Those who won't work at facilities receive training together with their experienced colleagues for several days. We will also give a thorough lecture on the philosophy, vision, hotel system, and services that Cosmos Hotel Management values.
There are many members who joined the company without industry experience, but were able to catch up early thanks to the thorough training and support of their experienced colleagues. Subsequently, each employee's progress is checked regularily by their managers.
