Even though everyone's positions are so different, I feel that we are all truly working towards this one goal.

  • 01Reason for applying to Cosmos Hotel Management.
    I felt that this company was going to be the bridge that connects Japan with the rest of the world, so I decided to join.

    I always wanted to contribute to the development of this country through the Japanese service industry, so I joined various hotel companies over the years and engaged in sales and marketing for a long time. After gaining the proper experience through my scholarship in hospitality management and working at a 5-star hotel, I switched positions to a development role because I wanted to be involved in creating things from scratch. I was involved in large-scale development projects, creating top-class brands for the company, and opening new facilities as well, which I also managed.
    After that, I wanted to be involved in the tourism business, which would directly lead me to the development of the service industry, which I had originally aimed for, so I joined Cosmos Hotel Management, where I felt that it could serve as a bridge between Japan and the rest of the world.

  • 02What is most rewarding about work at the moment.
    I hope that my work factors into making our guests feel comfortable and glad they visited Japan.

    In the Strategy Planning Department, I am in charge of creating new business projects, creating a framework for corporate administration, consulting on compliance, and establishing operations related to the CHM medium-term plan.
    The whole process of coming up with business projects that play to the strengths of Cosmos Hotel Management and MIMARU and, in addition, build beneficial relationships with third parties is challenging, but I find it rewarding.I hope that my work factors into making our guests, who come from all over the world, feel comfortable and glad they visited Japan.
    Although my position doesn't involve much hotel management, I am glad that through my company-wide training on compliance and other matters, I was able to build trust with all employees and offer advice in times of need.
